Andi Daze

Andi is an internationally qualified lawyer in corporate legal practice in Lagos, Nigeria. Being the Managing Partner of Daze & Associates, a full service international law firm, Andi has core transactional experience in general corporate and commercial law, project finance, mergers and acquisitions, asset recovery, sports and entertainment practice, regulatory compliance and corporate services. Andi has also handled various transactions internationally having previously worked in London and the United States.

 

Andi is the founder of Law & I, an online legal support platform providing accessible, affordable and streamlined legal services primarily to entrepreneurs and SMEs. Andi is also an integral member of a team creating an exciting interactive financial services mobile application for Africa called Reach. Among his other business interests, Andi is a part owner of a Nigerian downstream oil and gas company specializing in the marketing, transportation and distribution of petroleum products. He also has various local and international business interests in the hospitality industry, continuous legal education, construction and entertainment industries.

 

Andi studied law at the University of Essex, UK before going on to complete the Legal Practice Course with Distinction, the equivalent of law school in the United Kingdom, at the College of Law, London. He has also completed a Masters in Science (MSc) degree in Sports Management and the Business of Football at Birkbeck College, University of London as well as a Masters in International Legal Practice (LLM) at the University of Law, London.

Andi is a qualified Solicitor in the Superior Courts of England and Wales, a Barrister and Solicitor in the Supreme Court of Nigeria and an Attorney at law in New York, USA.
