Episode 5 of Knowledge Bandits with Symon Adeji is an episode packed with nuggets of good advice. Symon has managed to build a small empire for himself. He talks about how his ambitious goals have led him to relocate in Silicon Valley from Lagos.
I find that often times, entrepreneurs are a bit secretive about metrics, but Symon is an open book on this episode. He has an inviting presence that lets you know that with hard work, you are much more capable than you imagine. Like many entrepreneurs that we will meet on Knowledge Bandits, Symon wants to collaborate, not for the betterment of self, but to see his country progress.
Being in Diaspora, Symon gives the Bandits advice on how to conduct business in Africa while living remotely. Like the title suggests, after you listen to the episode, you'll understand why Symon is Mr. Fundamentals. He lives his life quite systematically and understands why he does what he does more than most.
From talking about mentorship to some of his biggest failures that left him with only a few weeks of sustenance, Knowledge Bandits gets personal.
