Asoko Insight (http://AsokoInsight.com), Africa’s largest repository of privately-held company information and market analytics and the Kenya Property Developers Association (KPDA), the country’s representative body of the residential, commercial and industrial property development sector in Kenya, today announced a partnership wherein the two organisations will work together to enhance the exposure of Kenya’s leading property developers to global trade.
As part of the partnership, Asoko will develop profiles on its platform for all KPDA members and make these available to its global client network of investors, multinationals and professional service firms seeking actionable data on deal flow, partners and investment opportunities in medium to large scale local businesses in sub-Saharan Africa. KPDA agreed to the partnership soon after Asoko Insight agreed to a similar collaboration with the Kenya Private Sector Alliance (KEPSA).
Speaking about the new partnership, KPDA CEO – Elizabeth Mwangi-Oluoch said. “The Internet is creating unparalleled opportunities for our business members, not only in their ability to reach out to and attract customers but also the opportunity to attract the investment flows we need to meet the growing demand for quality housing. We are very excited about this new partnership with Asoko Insight who have expertise in exactly that space.”
Also commenting, Asoko’s COO – Obi Ejimofo said “At Asoko Insight, it is fundamental that we build strong relationships with the most important stakeholders in every sector that we cover. We are seriously looking forward to participating in the growth of the Kenyan real estate sector through our partnership with KPDA as part of our long term commitment to bring data-driven visibility of Africa’s private sectors to the global investment and trade community.”
